Tomorrow. Tomorrow

Here I write, on the eve of the début Choose My Music Records release with a mix of giddy excitement and general fear.

The State Of Music Vol 1 is available to those on the priority order list at 6pm tomorrow (January 27th) and to everyone else on Saturday (28th). The fact that enough people really got behind this project for me to set up a priority order list is rather astounding.

For those of you who have no idea what I am talking about, The State Of Music Vol 1 contains 10 bands from the project, which is attempting to discover one unsigned or indie label band from EVERY state in the United States Of America.

The album is being released on an ultra limited hand numbered CD for the bargain price of £6 (Approx $9) with the digital download costing £3 (Just under $5). The real deal of course is where your hard earned money going.

All profits from the sales of the physical and digital release will be donated to a community group called Camden Calling.

Camden Calling work with the homeless and most vulnerable, to help them get better access to music, arts and popular culture. They encourage their clients artistic talents, helping them to record their music, release albums and play regular gigs across London and beyond. The work they do is amazing. Helping to build confidence, friendships and lives.

You can hear excepts of the album below. The State Of Music Vol 1 will also be available on Itunes, Amazon Mp3 and Spotify in the next couple of weeks.
